  3. Please read the doc file before trying to use. If it looks intresting and
  4. you have a printer available it would be advisable to print it out before
  5. trying to install.

  7. If you are presently using TDIAL all you really need is the new TDIAL.SLC.
  8.  
  9. As shipped TDIAL sets the following Telenet parameters after connecting to
  10. a remote city:
  11. SET? 1:0,5:1,7:8,0:0,64:7
  12. Included with TDIAL103 is a program called CHANGE that will allow you to set
  13. the parameters to anything you wish. Caution should be used when setting
  14. 5:0 it will sometimes speed uploads, but when using a streaming protocol
  15. such as ZMODEM it will also cause network overloading.

  17. The program CHANGE will also allow you to change the string that Telix
  18. is looking for from the remote modems (see the doc file for more on this).
